Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Rudy was a consultant to debt collectors and creditors for many years, where he acquired insider knowledge, and provided litigation management, compliance, and operational services. Thereafter, Mr. Rudy leveraged his industry knowledge and experience and began providing consulting services to plaintiff attorneys who represent consumers under federal and state consumer protection statutes.
For the years prior to his admission to the New York State Bar,
Mr. Rudy assisted on thousands of cases and has been retained as an expert witness.
In addition, Mr. Rudy has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry.
